Designed according to standards, this Jump Box offers three heights: 50 cm (women's standard), 60 cm (men's standard) and 75 cm (high box jump). Its reinforced structure and carrying handles make it both sturdy and easy to move.

Ideal for improving plyometrics with jumps of different heights, this box is also perfect for integrating explosive strength exercises, such as heavy squats followed by jumps (Bulgarian method), or for working on the pistols technique (single-leg squats).
