Available Payment methods

Credit card and bank card

Systempay is an online payment method secured and free of charge from the French banking group BPCE (Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne). It uses SSL encryption while processing payment, banking information are encrypted while send on the internet. BPCE takes care of the processing of payment, we don't have any access to your banking information.

Main credit cards and bank cards are accepted : mastercard, maestro, visa, visa plus, visa electron, cb (carte bleue), e-cartebleue.

Payment in 3 or 4 times (Alma)

We offer the payment with credit card in 3 or 4 installments, for an order amount between 100 € and 2000 €. It is subject to acceptation by Alma, but 95 % of requests are accepted, payment schedule every 30 days.

Bank transfer

We accept bank transfer. If you choose that method you'll receive an email with our banking information. When bank transfer has been processed, please send us an email to inform us. Your order will not be shipped until we receive the payment.

Pending time for international bank transfer (time to process the bank transfer) is about 4 to 7 working days, depending on your bank policy... Also, you are liable for the fees (amount of the fees depends on your bank...).

PayPal

We selected PayPal for the online processing of payment, it is reliable and well-knowed secured payment organisation. Paypal use SSL encryption while processing payment, banking informations are crypted while send on the internet. PayPal takes care of the processing of payment, we don't have any access to your banking information.

Also, we are a PayPal verified premier account holder, which is a better guarantee for your security.

Administrative mandate (France)

For French administrations and public collectivities, we accept payment with administrative mandate, please contact us by phone at +33 9 52 21 57 39 for more information.

Cash

We accept cash payment only in the case in which you come to buy direcly at our shop, or you select "pick-up" for the delivery method (in such a case please select check or bank transfer for the payment method), and within the legal limit (i.e. capped at €1000 since September 1st, 2015).

SumUp

If you come to buy direcly at our shop, or you select "pick-up" for the delivery method, you will be able to use your bank or credit card to pay with our payment terminal SumUp.
