To apply the compress correctly, follow the instructions below:

• Firmly compress the pouch between your hands until the inner pouch bursts.
• Shake the bag to mix the contents properly.
• Quickly place the pack on the skin.
• Hold the compress on the traumatized area for 20 minutes using a band.

To increase the scope of the cold and prolong its effects, you can insert a fine damp cloth under the compress.
