NineStars® wrestling surfaces are custom-designed to precisely meet the dimensional and technical constraints of each space. Whether you're a club, training center, training facility or event organizer, we'll create a wrestling area perfectly suited to your configuration.

Developed from high-performance 5 cm-thick roll-up tatami mats, they offer an optimal balance between impact absorption, stability under support and comfort of movement. Their modular design guarantees rapid installation, simplified storage and professional longevity.

Technical specifications

• Type : Professional roll-up Tatamis
• Thickness: 5 cm
• Foam: XPE (closed-cell cross-linked polyethylene)
• Density: 40 kg/m³ - calibrated specifically for wrestling (higher density not recommended in order to preserve shock absorption quality and projection dynamics)
• Covering: high-strength smooth PVC, antibacterial treatment, easy cleaning
• Assembly system: high-adhesion industrial scratch, resistant to repeated friction
• Manufacturing: customized (dimensions, markings, combat zones, logos)

The XPE foam used ensures progressive energy absorption during throws and falls, limiting impact peaks while maintaining excellent support restitution.
