The undulating rope from our Competition range, also known as Battle Rope or Conditioning Rope, is an essential tool for boosting your strength, endurance and explosiveness. Thanks to its ultra-resistant nylon coating, it's designed for intensive use, indoors and out.

How to use it?
Adopt a stable posture: feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent and upper body engaged. Firmly grasp each end and make undulating movements up and down to create a continuous wave. You can alternate arms, synchronize them, or incorporate jumps and lunges for an even more complete workout. And for a fun challenge, take on a partner in a resistance duel!

Muscles involved
The undulating rope engages the whole body:

• Upper body: sheathing the trunk and back, intense arm and shoulder work.
• Lower body: squat hold, half-squat or variations with jumps and lunges.
